At JCR Construction, Inc. our remodeling is managed using a defined project management process that allows us to document our promises and inform you of the progress points outlined at the beginning of the project. Employing this methodology provides both of us with advanced indicators of potential delays and schedule impacts which help to proactively mitigate such issues.

Our experience allows us to categorize remodeling projects in three major classes: Small Residential, Large Residential, and Small Commercial/Residential Rentals. Our seven step process is outlined below.
